Symptoms of dehydration in adults
Feeling thirsty
Dry or sticky mouth
Urinating and sweating less than usual
Darker yellow colored urine
Dry skin
Feeling tired
Dizziness
Headache
Muscle cramps
Dry, cool skin
Skin that is not as "elastic as normal"
